For delivery from Sevens Avenue, all orders placed on business days on/after 10:00 pm will be shipped next day, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders placed on/after 10:00 pm or during the weekend will be fulfilled on the next business day. The delivery period starts once you’ve completed the ordering process and received confirmation from us. We aim to deliver your order within three (3) business days.
If the specified delivery date has passed without receiving your order, please contact Customer Service within three (3) days after receiving the shipping confirmation, so we can address the issue promptly.
Keep in mind that delivery times may be extended around public holidays.
